Shannon G. Coghlan is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. She achieved her RD status in 2000 after earning her Nutrition/Didactic degree from Loyola University of Chicago. She holds a Certificate of Training in CDR Weight Management for adults and children. She is a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and several health professional groups such as Nutrition Education of Health Professionals and Women's Health Practice Group. Previously, Shannon taught clinical nutrition for nursing students at the College of DuPage. She is dedicated to teaching people how to achieve optimal health through nutrition education and proper weight management.
Michael B. Falk is a licensed Massage Therapist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. These perspectives are ideally complementary in that his detailed knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and musculoskeletal pathologies are constantly and directly applicable to every client at every level of capability. Michael combines Western & Eastern medicinal perspectives to promote ideal tissue health.
Karen L. George is a licensed Acupuncturist and is certified by the NCCAOM. Karen, who is degreed through the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, did her Advanced Acupuncture Residency of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Guangzhou University in China. Karen is also a licensed Massage Therapist. She is motivated by the inner satisfaction that comes from being able to make "a small positive impact on others' quality of life." Karen is certified through the NCBTMB and received her training at the Chicago School for Massage Therapy.
Myleen Signorini is a fitness professional with over 25 years of experience. She is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Traininer and Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and feel well in spirit, mind and body.
